Hobbies & Interesting Facts:

I'm at the gym every morning at 06:30 (-some habits die hard!). Our 2 young children, Caleb (5) and Sofia (2) are now keeping us very busy on an evening. But in a very positive way.

I have been lucky enough to not only Troop the Colour on her Majesty the Queen’s birthday parade, but have also led my Rugby team out at Twickenham in a national trophy final, for my home town club Castleford RUFC which we won back in 2008.
